1. Offering you the services of our professional recruitment consultants with international teaching and recruitment experience
2. In depth short listing process by conducting screening interviews to make sure candidates meet school requirements, confirm interest in the compensation package, and commit to relocate if selected
3. Recommending only qualified and experienced teachers with a proven teaching record and references
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates and making sure interviews take place as scheduled
5. Liaising between schools and selected candidates to make sure the job offer and employment terms and conditions are fully understood
5. Ensuring that our recommended candidates have their health & security check records and meet visa requirements before joining your school
6. Submitting all required paperwork and assisting candidates with the document attestation process before joining
7. Coordinating with the schools the relocation process of new hired teachers, including travel, airport meet, greet and pickup arrangements
8. Organizing individual/group HR and Cultural orientation sessions to make sure new recruits are fully informed of their new place of employment and residence before relocating
9. Following up with schools and candidates after arrival to assist them and prevent early resignations/terminations
10. Mediate between schools and candidates in case of conflict, if requested
11. Replace candidates free of charge if they do not pass the probation period
