Job Description:
Assisting in the implementation of the International Schools curricular program which includes curriculum innovation and planning, research, data analysis, assessment, coaching and professional development. Responsible in supervision of all school based instructional staff and accountable for the overall management of all in-school programs. Supporting the Head of International Schools in articulating, sustaining and enhancing International educational aims.
- Working in partnership with the Head of the international Schools in the development and implementation of the Strategic Development Plan, and the achievement of the strategic goals
- Maintaining the School reputation for excellence, ensuring that it continues to grow and evolve as a dynamic working environment
- Evaluates, assesses and monitors the achievement of the goals established for the schools and learning outcomes and gives feedback, suggested action plan and improvement strategies as necessary
- Responsible to monitor, plan and follow up with school International recruitment procedure based on the needs
- Prepares and presents reports to the Board of Directors or delegates the responsibility as appropriate
- Provides updates of changes, additions and progress on the action plan to the Board of Directors
- Arrange and steer school improvement committee to plan for the coming years and discuss the changes to ensure outstanding results and to provide periodical reports
- Ensures that regular evaluations are completed for all schools
- Reviews proposed and existing legislation for possible impact to assessment data, accountability and evaluation systems, programs and processes
- Observe and evaluate teachers and create the needed action plan
- Develop, plan and coordinate curriculum and assessments for the purpose of implementing a standards-based instructional program
- Oversees all curricular adoptions, including review, selection, distribution and subsequent professional development
- Analyze data for the purpose of improving the instructional program including MAP scores and prepare reports accordingly
- Demonstrates effective teaching strategies and management techniques for the purpose of assisting teachers to improve their instructional skills
- Responsible for Professional Development and Training for teachers and staff to ensure outstanding performance
To undertake any other responsibilities that the International School may require for proper fulfilment of the role.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree from a recognized university in the UK, US, CA, AU, NZ (due to visa restrictions)
Master Degree in Educational Leadership
PhD in Education is an Asset
Excellent English Communications Skills and could pass an IELTS at level 6.5
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years teaching experience
Minimum 3 years experience in Secondary School Leadership position or similar Educational environment
Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environmen
Monthly Salary Range:
TAX FREE Monthly Salary of SAR 22,000 - 25,000 depending on Qualifications and Experience

Leave:
In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per the country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year

Residence Visa Sponsorship fees covered for employee ONLY
Employee is responsible for dependent visa fees
End Of Service Benefit:
One month Basic Salary for each year completed, paid at the end of service, according to labour law

1 - 2 year contract - renewable
