Job Description:
Our client is hiring teachers for Technical Lab Analytics in Vocational programs to create effective and stimulating learner-centered opportunities for learning. To drive high quality Vocational Education by transferring professional Industrial knowledge and skills to learners, which can be applied directly in the Workplace specific to the Industry Sector. To have enthusiasm for the subject matter that inspires others to have a lifelong love of learning and the motivation, skills and attitudes to be productive citizens contributing positively to the development of the country.
Manage the online teaching and learning using apps like MS Teams, Zoom, google docs,etc. Teach and assess competencies in a range of related areas.
- Develop and share curriculum, teaching methods and resources
- Provide multiple explanations and instructional strategies so that all students learn and can present the content to students in challenging, clear, and compelling ways, using real-world contexts and integrating technologyappropriately
- Advise and assist students to develop their educational and career plans
- Understand all roles and functions in industry and specifically in their particular skills sector
- Transfer skills and knowledge to students that can be applied directly in the workplace
- Manage, teach, train, guide and assess students in the workplace and in the classroom
- Maintain safety in the Labs and the classroom
- Mentor and guide students in their chosen career
- Implement and evaluate high quality education and training programs
- Invigilation activities
- Support and contribute to internal and external corporate events, meetings for the promotion and development of Strategic Plan
- Organizing and participation in student events and extra-curricular activities
- Health and Safety of students and the classroom environment
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Biological Sciences or Biochemistry or Biomedical Sciences or Lab based Bioscience related subjects
- Master Degree in related discipline preferred
- Teaching-Assessor Certifications preferred
Required Experience:
- 3 years teaching, training, assessing experience in a reputable Vocational or higher Education Institute
- Familiarity with Internal Verification and Assessment processes
- Industry experience an asset
- ICT for learning skills
- Developing Teaching Assessment Resources with Curriculum tram
- Professional Association, Institute or body an asset
Monthly Salary Range:
TAX FREE Monthly Salary is AED 13,694
Housing:
Housing allowance: AED 8,320 to 13,000 per month (depends on the campus location and marital status)
First 29 days employee stays in a hotel suite until accommodation is found. Help is provided
Health Insurance Coverage:
Provided for employee, spouse and up to 3 dependent children
Annual Air Tickets:
Annual Return Air Fare based on home country location for employee, spouse and up to 3 dependent children
Relocation Allowance of 20,000 AED Half given upon arrival and half at the end of 6 month probation period
Leave:
In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per the country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year
Dependant School Fees:
Tuition fees for up to 3 dependents as follows: 80,000 AED per family is payable (max of 40,000 AED per child) to cover fees, books, exams, registration, uniform, transport when attending school in the UAE
Visa & Medical Check Fees:
VISA fees and Medical check done in the UAE are paid for by the school for Employee only
End Of Service Benefit:
Receive 21 days basic salary for each full year of service. Plus economy air ticket to place of permanent residence according to Labour Law of the country
