Job Description:

International Teachers Plus is working with a nationally recognized and established employer in the China TEFL world founded in 2013 in Shenzhen China.They differentiate themselves from other educational agencies by providing an all-encompassing service to their foreign teachers.

Develop lesson plans and themes in line with curriculum objectives specific for teaching ESL subjects at elementary and secondary levels. Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment. Meeting with parents, guardians, teachers, counselors and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problems.

  • Workingdays:Monday-Friday,weekends off
  • Workinghours:8:00-12:00;14:00-18:00
  • 40 working hours perweek

Required Qualifications:

(Requirements as per chinese visa and immigration mandates)

 Visa: legal Z work visa: Must hold a valid passport from one of the following countries:US, UK, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Field/Subject
  • Minimum 120 hours TESOL/TEFL/CELTA Certification or two years fulltime teaching experience
  • Non-criminalbackground

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrate abilty to teach non-native, English speaking students
  • Is culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Monthly Salary Range:

Lump Sum all inclusive 18,000-22,000 RMB (approx from $2500 to 3040 USD depending on qualifications & experience.


Housing is Included in the monthly salary. Additional benefits

  • Quarantine hotel room fee paid by employer
  • 5-7days for teacher’s normal hotel while teaching training and settling down
  • English speaking assistance provided with finding accommodation

Health Insurance Coverage:

  First Class Health Insurance provided to employee only

Annual Air Tickets:

Flight ticket will be reimbursed to employee up to 8000 RMB ($1100 USD) after arrival to China


Paid Leave: Winter + Summer vacation pay 8,000 RMB plus Chinese national holidays. Base salaries will be paid as normal during personal and holiday leave

Paperwork Requirements:

Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school requirements
