Job Description:
To teach in an excellent Nursery School committed to providing excellent levels of childcare and daycare for pre-school children in Dubai UAE.
To meet the developmental needs of children aged 3 months to 4 years.
To provide leading edge enhancement activities and teach in the choice of leading curriculum:
Such as the revised EYFS, the Reggio Emilia approach and Montessori methods

Required Qualifications:
- Educated in Early Years (With Cache Level 3/Bachelors, Higher National Diploma or BTEC in Childcare/Early Years, PGCE) OR has a Montessori Diploma
- Creative and ready to always improve, learn and grow
- Passionate and Committed
- Must have excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- TEACHING QUALIFICATION FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countries (Due to Visa Restrictions)
- Must have excellent classroom management skills and able to deal effectively with student behaviour issues
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year relevant teaching experience in a similar setting
- Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment
Monthly Salary Range:
TAX FREE Monthly salary up to AED 11,000 ($3,000 USD) depending on qualifications and years of experience
Housing:
Housing support provided for first 30 days in a furnished apartment, then employee must have own accommodation
Health Insurance Coverage:
Medical coverage for employee ONLY
Annual Air Tickets:
Annual Return air tickets for employee ONLY
Leave:
In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per the country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year.
Dependant School Fees:
Staff discount to employees for their children to be enrolled in the nurseries up to certain percentage:
- First year of service: 25% Discount on Tuition Fee
- Second year of service: 50% Discount on Tuition Fee
- Third year of service: 75% Discount on Tuition Fee
- Fourth year of service: 100% Discount on Tuition Fee
Visa & Medical Check Fees:
VISA fees and Medical check done in the country are paid for by the school for Employee only
End Of Service Benefit:
Receive 21 days basic salary for each full year of service. Plus economy air ticket to place of permanent residence according to Labour Law of the country

Paperwork Requirements:
Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school requirements.
