Job Description:

Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations in Physics at the secondary level for grades 9 to 12. Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.

Meet with parents and guardians to discuss the progress of their children and to determine priorities and resource needs. Attend professional meetings, and educational conferences in order to maintain and improve professional competence. Establish and enforce rules for class management and student behaviour. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate student progress.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Physics from a recognized University

  • Master Degree in Physics highly preferred


• Must be Native English speaker or near

For non-native speakers IELTS level 6.5 must have been passed

• Must have excellent classroom management skills and able to deal effectively with student behaviour issues

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years Physics teaching experience at Secondary grade levels 9 to 12

• Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment

  • Awareness of current research and scientific knowledge in the area of physics 
  • Demonstrate the skills and knowledge related to safety in the physics lab 
  • Reflect competency in using lab equipment and conducting lab sessions

Monthly Salary Range:

Competitive TAX FREE Salary range from 11,998-13,496 AED depending on qualifications and years of experience


Housing allowance: AED 7,424-AED 11, 600 per month ( depends on the campus location and marital status)

Health Insurance Coverage:

Provided for employee, spouse and up to 3 dependent children

Annual Air Tickets:

Relocation air tickets provided based on home country location for employee, spouse and up to 3 dependent children 

Relocation amount of 20,000 AED given in 2 installments


Minimum 30 working days per year leave allocated as per the school calendar and Term breaks. Also entitled to all National and Religious holidays

Dependant School Fees:

School Tuition of 80,000 AED per family, maximum 40K per child) This allowance to be used for tuition fees, exam fees, text books, uniform, school transport – (all must be official invoices from the school)


Visa & Medical Check Fees:

Residence Visa & Medical Checkup fees will be covered for employee only. Candidate is responsible for dependent fees

End Of Service Benefit:

Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary for each year worked as per Labor Law

Contract Period:

Open Contract - renewable yearly

Paperwork Requirements:

Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school requirements
