Job Description:

Required IMMEDIATELY

Ability to effectively teach Early Years grades for ages from 3 to 7.  Develop lesson plans and themes in line with British curriculum objectives. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.

Have Leadership qualities and potential 

Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problem. Must also establish clear objectives for all lessons, and projects, distribute, collect and grade homework assignments, tests and projects and attend staff meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Early Years or Education from a recognized University

TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, IR, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA and Scandinavian countries

** British Qualifications preferred as this school uses the British curriculum

Required Experience:

• Must have excellent English communications skills

•Minimum 3 years Early Years or KG teaching experience

• Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment

** Some Leadership experience in Early Years setting an asset

 

Monthly Salary Range:

Tax free Monthly salary up to 11,977 QAR in accordance with years of relevant experience and qualifications

Housing:

FREE Furnished accommodation according to marital status & number of dependents relocating

OR a Cash Allowance determined by family size

Utilities paid, approximately up to $82 for Single and $135 for married candidates

Excess Luggage allowance provided with receipt for approx $275 USD

Health Insurance Coverage:

Provided for Employee and one dependent (can be spouse or child)

Annual Air Tickets:

Annual economy return air fare for Employee and one dependent

Leave:

In addition to National official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per school calendar/breaks.

Dependant School Fees:

Tuition provided for one accompanying dependent until end of secondary school as per school policy and procedures. Must attend same school as employee

Visa & Medical Check Fees:

Residence Visa & Medical Checkup fees will be covered for employee ONLY

Employee is responsible for dependent fees

End Of Service Benefit:

Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary for each full year worked, as per country Labor law

Contract Period:

1 - 2 Year contract - renewable

Location:

Doha - Qatar

Paperwork Requirements:

Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school requirements
