Job Description:

A Girls School in Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit a Female School Principal for  Riyadh. The school is a K-12 school teaching the American Curriculum. We are looking for a dynamic school leader who can inspire teachers and students, adapt easily to the new setting and school culture, and lead the school into its next phase of growth.

The successful candidates should possess proven leadership and management skills in the field of education. They should have a passion for academic excellence and for international education. The new principal should be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with the Governing Board and the wider community – students, faculty, administrative and support staff, and parents. The ability to influence and align other stakeholders in the private education sector is crucial.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Education or a Teaching Subject from a recognized University from US (due to Visa restrictions)
  • Master Degree in Education or School Leadership is required
  • Teaching license/qualification preferred 
  • Excellent English Communications skills and could pass an IELTS exam at level 7

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years class room teaching experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Principal position or similar role
  • Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environment

Monthly Salary Range:

TAX FREE monthly salary from SAR 16,000 - 20,000 depending on qualifications and experience


Furnished housing depending on family size

Transportation provided back and forth to school

Health Insurance Coverage:

Medical Insurance coverage provided for employee ONLY

Annual Air Tickets:

Annual Return Air Fare provided for employee ONLY


In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per the country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year

Dependant School Fees:

50% discount for dependent children attending same school as employee

Visa & Medical Check Fees:

Residence Visa Sponsorship fees covered or employee ONLY

Employee is responsible for dependent visa fees

End Of Service Benefit:

One month basic salary for each year completed, paid at the end of service, according to labour law 

Contract Period:

1 year - Renewable



Paperwork Requirements:

Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates. You will be advised of school requirements
